Coilovers

TEIN manufactures a wide variety of coilovers including: Street Performance, Street/Track, Street Comfort, Track/Competition, Gravel and Custom Coilovers. They also have developed new coilover technologies only found in TEIN products. The Micro Speed Valving (MSV) system was developed to allow the driver to feel a greater difference in damping force adjustments. Street Performance

TEIN manufactures four types of Street Performance Coilover kits. The Street Basis damper was developed to offer a sporty feel and aggressive positioning for daily driving.

The Basic damper is the economical choice from TEIN and is manufactured to for increased stability and comfort.

The TEIN Super Street damper kit was engineered for improved handling both on and off the track. The shortened shell case allows for maximum piston stroke which translates to a better ride at lower ride height and an increase in grip.

The Super Street Damper is also available with a pillowball upper mount. The pillow ball upper mount offers an increase in steering feel as well as upper camber adjustment for strut type vehicles.

Street/Track

TEIN offers two coilover systems in the Street/Track category. The TEIN Driving Spec Control Master Type Flex coilovers are engineered for aggressive daily driving, but are equipped to make all of the adjustments necessary for circuit use.

Street Comfort

There are two coilover systems that are manufactured for Street Comfort by TEIN. The Premium Spec Comfort Sport coilover kit was designed to reduce vehicle sway and increase stability.

Track/Competition

TEIN manufactures four types of coilovers for the track/competition category. The Super Drift, Super Racing, Type HT and Type N1 are each specially designed for improved performance in their category. The TEIN Drift Spec SideWay Master Super Drift coilovers were engineered with D1 drivers in mind. These coilovers are perfect for the drift enthusiast.

Gravel

For the Rally Racer in you, TEIN has developed three coilover options. The Competition Spec Dirt Traial Master Type Gravel, Gravel Spec Dirtra Master Type HG and Type Gr. N are all manufactured to handle more off road applications.

The TEIN Type Gravel shocks are specially designed for Rally Cross and Rally Racing and are paired with G.tech springs (sold separately). These shocks are equipped with 16 levels of damping force adjustment, available overhaul, and re-valving.

The Gravel Spec Dirtra Master Type HG coilovers are manufactured for rally and dirt trail racing, but can handle any condition thrown at them.

The Type HG series feature:

• Steel Construction for added durability

The TEIN Group N. coilover was engineered to handle absolutely any terrain found in a rally competition. These dampers have been tested in some of the largest rally races around the world.

TEIN Gr. N Dampers feature:

• 3+1 - way damping force adjustment
  32-way High Speed Compression
  16-way Low Speed Compression
  16-way Rebound
  16-way Hydraulic Bump Stopper
• Inverted Mono Tube Construction for strut types (18mm piston dia.)
• Hydraulic Bump Stop is independently 16-way adjustable so traction is not affected
• Temperature Compensating Valve automatically adjusts damping force to counter act oil viscosity
• Micro Speed Valve allows for greater control of oil flow at low speed damping
• External Reservoir for great oil capacity and increased piston stroke
• Camber washer for knuckle bracket on strut type
• Large diameter helper spring to eliminate dead stroke

Lowering Springs

Street

TEIN Lowering Springs are available in two models. The Guarantee Spec Luxury Master High Tech springs have been engineered from the latest spring material to improve comfort, performance, and quality.

The Luxury Master series feature:

• Chrome Vanadium SAE9254V Construction (Vanadium is an extremely durable, lightweight metal that retains more spring stroke)
• Progressive Spring Rate Design
• Includes Silencer Rubber on certain applications
• Gold Powder Coat Finish
• Developed to be used in conjunction with OEM or OEM replacement dampers
• 1-year Manufacturers Defect and Sag Warranty
  Covers over 5mm sag, breakage, deformity, and noise.
  Does not cover powder coat finish and rusting.

The TEIN Stylish Spec Dress Up Master S. Tech springs offer up to a 1.5” drop while increasing the road holding capability. These springs are manufactured to be paired up with OEM and OEM replacement shocks.

The S.Tech series feature:

TEIN Technology

The Electronic Damping Force Controller (EDFC) was developed to allow a driver to adjust the damping force at the touch of a button while driving. The EDFC is the only product of its kind in the market today. By installing EDFC compatible shock absorbers, the driver is able to adjust the damping force on the fly.
