The Energy Difference

Energy Suspension engineered a superior polyurethane material called HYPER-FLEX™. HYPER-FLEX™ is Energy Suspension's unique and technically advanced chemical formulation performance polyurethane. HYPER-FLEX™ has been used on Energy's products that have been awarded 9 U.S. Patents. Performance Polyurethane Body, Truck Cab & Subframe Mounts

Original rubber mounts are so soft they often crack, distort, and crush so badly they often fall off! And aluminum body mounts are too harsh for street use that they tend to break and cause other components to break! Bump Stops

Energy Suspension® performance bump stops help cushion a collapsing suspension, preventing bottoming-out and expensive vehicle damage. HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane bump stops for control arms, traction bars, leaf springs, etc. are guaranteed to last longer and operate more efficiently than original rubber stops.

The smaller, general purpose bullet shaped snubber is ideal for control arms. The low profile button head is for use when clearance is limited. Our large competition race style bump stops smooth out compression better and have a large reinforced metal plate welded to the mounting plate and molded-in. Each style is specially designed for a perfect and custom fit and each style has its own durometer (hardness) characteristics. C-Bushings, Radius & Track Arm Bushings

* The C-bushings for Ford trucks add performance and much needed correction of the suspension geometry, especially when lift equipment is used!

Energy Suspension has specially engineered these bushing components for Tracking Arms, Strut Arms, and C-Bushings for to do a specific job - dramatically improve the vehicle!

Energy's Strut Arm Bushings, or Radius Rod Bushings, are formulated with a softer durometer formulation to help prevent binding - due to the pivot action required for suspensions to properly travel.

Energy's C-bushings for Ford trucks are a firmer durometer than O.E.M. rubber ones. They maintain proper caster alignment during all adverse conditions. Three degree styles are available to accommodate various vehicle lift configurations. They are available in 2, 4 and 7 degree positive caster (for stock and two height altered suspension configurations).

Energy's Track Rod Bushings help prevent the front suspension system from shifting unwontedly left to right during both normal or rugged/performance driving.

Energy Suspension® performance polyurethane Coil Lifts are an economical way to increase vehicle height. Whether you want to raise your vehicle: with the use of larger wheels and tires, off-road clearance of just for street or show, they are probably the simplest way to do this!

Control Arm Bushings

On the front of vehicles - they make a dramatic improvement in the way they handle, with quicker steering response and greater vehicle control. Whatever your demands, proper alignment (caster and camber) is better maintained by the use of the correct performance durometer of the bushing's material formulation.

On the rear, these control arm bushings are a must for controlling wheel hop and increasing cornering control for competition uses as well as maintaining alignment on and off-road.

All of Energy's control arm bushings are full-floating and non-binding... especially important when ride height is altered or greater suspension load is required. Most are pre-lubricated. This is especially important for both lowered and raised vehicles that have had drastic suspension geometry modifications. Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane control arm bushings do not rot or deteriorate from oils or atmospheric conditions such as ozone, smog, road salt, chemicals, and other corrosives. They will not deteriorate in a few short years and cause that mushy, uncertain steering response- like rubber O.E.M. ones often do. Most sets come with zinc plated outer metal shells.

Motor Mounts

General Motors

Performance Polyurethane Motor Mount & Transmission Mount Inserts both restore worn mounts and reduce unwanted motor assembly movement. Under high performance conditions, they reduce wheel hop and torque induced movement that can actually damage vehicle components! These polyurethane inserts are thoroughly tested to add support and stability to the existing O.E.M. motor mount system.

Typically, they are mounted in the "torque position" location of the vehicle motor and transmission mount system. The two piece supporting insert set is designed to be used in conjunction with the original stock motor mount. The benefit of this design is additional strength and toughness, thanks to the polyurethane support. This solution is easy to install and just as easy to remove and return the mount to stock configuration, if so desired.

Shock Bushings give any vehicle's suspension instant response and control using increased durometer (firmness) material settings. Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane shock bushings and grommets last forever and add to the dampening performance of the shock unit. Shock & Stabilizer Boots

Protect your shock and steering stabilizer investment with Energy's boots! Just a small nick or scratch on the shock or stabilizer piston shaft can easily cause leaking gas and fluid! Strut Rod Bushings

* These performance polyurethane components help reduce common wheel "roll-under". This occurs when stopping abruptly, especially when using performance tires. For both front of rear drive vehicles is so equipped.

With the increased use of higher traction and performance tires on today's vehicles, soft original factory rubber bushings can very often cause the steering axis slant (caster alignment) to excessively and adversely change. This unwanted alignment movement also leads to premature failure of the lower control arm bushings and even excessive tire wear.

During hard "standing start" accelerations, Energy's strut rod bushings help control unwanted steering axis changes, diminishing wheel hop and reducing traction loss. While accomplishing all of this they still allow the suspension to smoothly travel throughout its full operating range, without binding. This is true for either front and rear wheel drive vehicles.

When braking hard, Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane strut rod bushings help keep the front wheels and lower control arm assembly from literally rolling under the vehicle! Additionally, the exclusive formula HYPER-FLEX™ polyurethane material assures long lasting performance, unlike many O.E.M. rubber bushings.

Sway Bar & End Link Bushings

ENERGY SUSPENSION performance polyurethane sway bar bushings and end links offer the greatest improvement in performance among all the products ENERGY offers. They make a vehicle's sway bar system much more effective like adding a larger, higher performance sway bar! Greasable

To find the correct greaseable bushing set for your vehicle"1"–choose the sway bar bracket type that most closely matches your vehicle's existing ones. Then use the "A" sway bar diameter measurement shown in the diagrams that matches the diameter of your vehicle's sway bar.
