inTune

The DiabloSport inTune is the latest and most advanced handheld programmer available today. With dual processors and over one gig of memory, the inTune is the most powerful, fastest and reliable programmer on the market. inTune features all supported vehicle applications under a single part number, hours of data logging, custom tuning, the industry’s most adjustable parameters, universal diagnostics and DiaboSport’s world famous “canned” tunes designed for more power and fuel economy. All of these features housed in a sleek and stylish stainless steel case.

Predator

The Predator was created with one thing in mind, POWER! The Predator is a state-of-the art, high performance tuning flash programmer in a sleek handheld design. Once connected to the vehicle, the Predators internal computer recognizes the vehicles PCM and automatically picks the proper tuning files designed specifically for that PCM. Inside the Predator's memory are the actual tuning files that optimize spark timing and air/fuel ratio curves. The transmission parameters are remapped to improve the shift characteristics such as shift firmness and shift points. Unlike other 'tuners', DiabloSport's programming is performed in very small increments throughout the entire RPM range, for a smoother, wider and a more predictable power delivery. DiabloSport engineers spend many hours on the dyno, street and track to ensure the tunes provided with the Predator are the best they can be. Average power gains are in the 15-20 HP/ 15-20 Lb/ Ft Tq range on Ford Mustang GT/V6 and 35-40 HP/ 35-40 Ft/Lb Tq on the Shelby GT 500! The Predators additional power makes itself noticeable immediately with an increase in power that starts in the low RPMs and builds into a frenzy at the high RPMs. A Predator equipped vehicle will notice significant improvements in drivability. The additional power and improved shift patterns created by the Predator tune will yield quicker acceleration and better mileage, whether it is in town or out on the highway. The power increase in the lower RPMs will yield a better throttle response. The increase in MPG is a byproduct of maximized engine efficiency, the improved timing curve and air/fuel ratio creates a more complete combustion, i.e. the engine extracts more power from each molecule of gasoline.

PowerPuck/Extreme PowerPuck

The Power Puck remaps the fuel delivery of the diesel injection pump and advances the injection-timing curve. The PowerPuck software works on changing the injection quantities an advancing the ignition curve, it will not alter the load pressure directly. The load pressure is increased due to the increase in fuel volume delivery. This in itself makes for an extremely reliable tuning device with one sole purpose, POWER! Power Puck increase's power through the entire RPM range, at low RPM it will yield better throttle response; and help maintain speeds on inclines or when towing. The mid-to-upper power increase is extremely useful on the highway to maneuver through heavy traffic situations. The DiabloSport Extreme PowerPuck is one of the most powerful inline devices available today. Using the 'Diablo Dial' you can adjust up to 100 different power levels 'on the fly' which can yield up to an additional 100 horsepower and torque. With the Extreme PowerPuck's additional torque output towing is no problem. If you are looking to save some money at the pump-go no further, the Extreme PowerPuck can increase your fuel economy by 1-4 miles per gallon (just watch that 'lead foot syndrome'). No matter what you use your diesel truck for; towing, work, pleasure, off-roading, racing, or even daily driving the Extreme PowerPuck is perfect for you. Want extreme performance; stack the Extreme PowerPuck with the DiabloSport Trinity (or Predator) for up to 200 wheel horsepower and 400 ft/lb torque right out of the box! (DiabloSport recommends at least a 4 inch diameter exhaust for high performance stacking vehicles)

Trinity

The DiabloSport Trinity is the most advanced tuning device on the market. With the capability to tune, log and record data, display and customize virtual gauges, read and clear trouble codes and even compute multiple track times, the DiabloSport Trinity is the answer to all of your EFI tuning needs. The Trinity also has the capability to control/communicate external devices such as the DiablSport Extreme PowerPuck, DiablSport EGT Module, and other third party devices.

Chipmaster Revolution (CMR)

CMR is the industry's leading tuning and EFI Calibration software for Dodge, Ford and GM vehicles. DiabloSport's CMR tuning software taps in to factory ECMs and PCMs and unlocks the vehicles true potential! Tunable parameters include spark timing tables, fuel tables, Volumetric Efficiency, Power Enrichment, MAP Resolution, MAF curve adjustment, and many more! Using ChipMaster Revolution users can calibrate support vehicles for light bolt on modifications or tune 1,000 HP Race cars! ChipMaster uses an easy to understand graphic user interface populated with useful functions such as DiabloSport's Calibration Wizard. The CAL Wizard and DiabloSport CAL Files allow for quick changes to be made and duplicated from vehicle to vehicle. CAL Files also include basic starting points for popular modifications such as injector changes, MAP and MAF sensor swaps, power adders like superchargers and turbos, and tons more. Whether using Diablosport's CAL Files or creating your own, CMR offers simple solutions for getting vehicles on and off the dyno quickly, while still calibrating effectively.

MAFia

The DiabloSport MAFia provides real world plug and play control of your vehicles "Mass Air Meter",(MAF). MAFia allows you to precisely control and regulate MAF sensor voltage eliminating the need for prefabricated custom MAF Sensors. The DiabloSport MAFia interface and connector accessories are available for any MAF upgrade, relocation, or wiring loom repairs.

Catch Can

The DiabloSport Catch Can is exactly what it sounds like, a small can which is installed under your hood and is designed to "catch" any oil spillover before it enters into your intake manifold. Eliminate all of that oil being transferred into your intake manifold through the factory PCV system decreasing the horsepower, torque, performance and life span of your vehicle. The DiabloSport Catch Can is easily installed and immediately "catches" all of that engine oil before it can be transferred into one of your vehicle's most important components, the intake manifold. Oil deposited in the manifold will drip into the combustion chamber causing an increased chance of spark knock. The DiabloSport Catch Can will directly increase the overall performance of your vehicle by keeping your intake manifold clean and operating at it's maximum performance. Supports MOPAR 5.7L cars, 6.1L cars, 6.4L cars, SRT-4's, and Jeep SRT-8's.

EGT

The DiabloSport Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Module accurately measures the exhaust gas temperature of any internal combustion engine. The DiabloSport EGT module is manufactured specifically to interface with the DiabloSport Trinity. Once connected and set up properly, the DiabloSport Trinity will be able to display your vehicle's EGT info right on the high resolution color touch screen in a digital gauge of your choice. Remember, you can customize your own gauge layout(s)/screen(s) so whether you want to focus on just EGT or have the EGT gauge be a part of an entire gauge layout, the Trinity and EGT module kit are perfect for you! Keeping your eye on the road is always number 1 which is why DiabloSport has introduced gauge alarms. Set a specific temperature and corresponding LED lights to flash when you EGT has reached the temperature of your choice. Some installation may be required. DiabloSport recommends using a certified mechanic to perform the manifold tap.
