Cold-Air Intake Systems

BBK engineers Cold Air Intake Systems for Ford, GM and Dodge vehicles. All systems are direct bolt-on and have provided gains of 20+ Horsepower. BBK’s “Blackout” Cold Air Kits are available for the Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro, but will be available for other performance muscle cars soon.

Clutch Cable & Quadrant Kit

The BBK hard cased, Heavy Duty Adjustable Clutch Cable & Aluminum Quadrant Kits completely replace the weak plastic factory stock units. A must when installing any aftermarket heavy duty clutch kit to ensure proper clutch operation and engagement. These kits are available to fit all 1979-2004 Ford Mustangs. BBK also offers a fire-wall adjuster that works with all clutch cables including stock cables. This adjuster allows the driver to make quick adjustments simply by opening the hood and making a quick turn.

Exhaust Headers

BBK manufactures a wide variety of exhaust headers and custom exhaust components for late model muscle cars. All BBK full length, long tube exhaust headers are available in chrome or silver ceramic coated finishes, are direct bolt-on and provide an average gain of 15-25 Horsepower. BBK long tube exhaust header systems include long tube full length headers in your choice of finish either chrome, silver ceramic or 304 Stainless and either Off Road or X pipe with converters. They offer a new standard in performance and value along with all the great features you would expect from BBK. All BBK shorty tuned length and shorty unequal length exhaust headers are available in chrome or silver ceramic coated finishes, are direct bolt-on replacement and offer between 10-20 Horsepower gains. BBK 351W swap headers are perfect for all 351 engine swaps in Ford Mustangs. These headers are available in shorty or full length applications with chrome or silver ceramic coated finishes. BBK also manufactures O2 wire harness extenders so that your O2 sensor will reach when using full length headers. The same quality exhaust components that BBK uses on their own products are available to muffler shops and custom fabricators as well.

H Pipes, X Pipes & Speedware Stainless Exhaust

BBK engineers full length, short mid and after-cat X Pipes as well as full length and short mid H Pipes. All BBK exhaust pipes are manufactured using CNC machined, 2 ½” mandrel bent tubing and high flow catalytic converters. The BBK after-cat high flow X pipes are designed to eliminate your factory resonators and as an after-cat product they are smog legal, just like a cat-back exhaust system. BBK's "Speedware Series" long tube full length headers, short tuned length headers and X pipes constructed out of mandrel bent 304 Stainless Steel for Chevy, Dodge and Ford applications.

Fuel System Components

BBK fuel system components include fuel pressure regulators, fuel pumps, fuel rails and fuel gauges. BBK CNC billet fuel pressure regulators are fully adjustable & allow owners of popular EFI vehicles to accurately set desired fuel pressure they need to tune A/F ratios for maximum horsepower. BBK high volume fuel pumps are direct in tank replacements & are recommended for all stock & performance applications. Also, BBK fuel pumps are recommended for all built supercharged, nitrous or turbo charged applications. BBK Billet Aluminum high-flow fuel rails are CNC machined to precise tolerances and blue anodized for great looks. A must for all high performance applications. Their liquid filled fuel pressure gauge allows vibration free fuel pressure readings.

Intake Manifolds & Spacer Kits

BBK Intake Manifolds are available for Ford, GM and Honda/Acura platforms. BBK SSI Intake Manifolds are the number one choice for Horsepower and Torque. BBK phenolic spacer kits are CNC machined from a custom BBK phenolic fiber that reduces heat transfer to the upper Intake Manifold.

Mass Air Meters

Starting with an all new 356 aluminum casting, each unit is powder coated then fully CNC machined to exact specifications before being fitted with one of BBK’s new electronically calibrated mass air sensor modules to ensure an accurate air/fuel ratio for the best possible performance potential. Dyno testing has shown up to 15 RWHP gains while maintaining an accurate air/fuel ratio, unlike some competitor’s units that are not electronically calibrated that may fail to maintain the all important air/fuel ratio.

Throttle Bodies

BBK manufactures a wide variety of performance throttle bodies for Ford, GM, Dodge, Hemi, Import and Universal applications. BBK throttle bodies are designed to maximize airflow, improve horsepower and throttle response. BBK is the World leader in EFI performance throttle bodies. BBK Power+Plus Throttle Bodies are direct replacement bolt on units & they offer better quality than OEM units. Valve Covers

BBK manufactures valve covers to fit Ford V6, Ford 302/351W and Ford 4.6L-5.4L 2V & 3V. BBK’s S197 Mustang engine covers are a great way to dress-up any 05-08 Mustang. These BBK engine covers are direct bolt on & come in 3 different finishes for V8 and V6 applications.

Performance Pulley Kits

BBK high performance direct replacement underdrive pulley kits are available in hand polished CNC Billet Aluminum or gloss black powder coated steel. BBK performance direct replacement SFI approved underdrive pulley kits are available for many applications. BBK Vari Time adjustable timer is a great way to maximize horsepower and torque potential on any 4.6 or 5.4 Ford. They allow for easy + or – advance or retard timing and are easy to install. Plus they’re a great looking CNC machined and anodized component.

Gripp Suspension Components

BBK Gripp Caster/Camber Plates are recommended for all lowered cars to correct front end alignment & geometry. Their Gripp Control Arms offer improved handling vs. stock.
