Pistons- More than 40 years of experience in the design of racing pistons and the utilization of the latest CAD software & Finite Element Analysis (FAE) enables us to design strong high performance and yet light pistons for each application.

Supertech pistons are manufactured from extruded high silicon, enhanced 4032 alloy (with additional Cu, Ni & Mg) that has low thermal expansion, excellent wear resistance and higher thermal conductivity. The pistons with this alloy have withstood up to 42psi of turbo boost, with alcohol, without any problems. Finally their “phosphate dry lubricant” coating is applied to protect the rings against “micro welding” and enhance lubrication on the skirt/cylinder area.

Valves- Supertech manufactures racing valves in many different materials like Stainless Steel Alloys, Nimonic, Inconel, Titanium, etc. There are different alloys, heat treatments and coatings used for different applications. For most of the alloys they follow the specifications under SAE standard J775Titanium, etc.

Valve Springs- Valve springs are made with premium Superclean Chrome Silicon Vanadium Steel alloy for higher performance & durability at high rpms and better memory. All springs are Computer designed to ensure that wire stress levels do not overpass the limits of stress defined in the diagrams of fatigue for long durability under extreme conditions.

Retainers- The Retainers are manufactured with high quality military certified Titanium alloy, CNC machined for a tight fit that will ensure a long durability.
