Customer Service Representatives

Support staff for sales representatives, answers incoming calls, data entry, customer assistance, may make travel arrangements and prepare conference room for guests.

Inside Sales Representatives

Develops relationships with dealerships and automotive repair shops, handles inbound and outbound calls with customers seeking price, delivery and order status information. Inside Sales Representatives work closely with each customer to achieve maximum sales.

Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - French/English

Develops relationships with dealerships and automotive repair shops, handles inbound and outbound calls with customers seeking price, delivery and order status information. Inside Sales Representatives work closely with each customer to achieve maximum sales.

Warehouse Clerk

This position opens boxes from daily shipments, ships, sorts, receives or wraps product. Qualified applicant must be a hard worker with a great team attitude and have the ability to work at a fast pace. Applicant must be able to stand all day, lift up to 60 pounds, work in hot and cold conditions, and be highly motivated to handle large volumes of product each day.

Inventory Clerk

Responsible for daily cycle counts of inventory by vendor, removing vendor defective product from inventory, researching and documenting inventory discrepancies and end of year inventory count.

Data Entry/Returns Clerk (Warehouse)

Responsible for the inspection, repackaging and processing of warranty returns and FedEx returns. Works closely with the Returns Department and Sales Reps on all returns.
